1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date from the original order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
With original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, installed, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.
Note: Certain products may be custom-made, clearanced, or marked “final sale” and are non-returnable. If you are unsure, contact customer service before purchasing.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at sales@atvsupplyco.com
with your order number and reason for return.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA/RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack the item securely with the RA/RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we can arrange an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.
Contact customer support with photos of the issue to begin the exchange process.
6. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply in certain cases at our discretion (e.g., opened packaging or missing accessories).
7. Refund Exceptions
Items returned after the 30-day window may not be accepted or may only receive store credit.
Special orders, customized products, or items damaged due to misuse are typically not eligible for refund.
